Returns/Refunds

How do I return an item and receive a refund if my order is damaged?
Legacy Collection values each customer greatly. You are entitled to a refund or replacement based on if the clothing is damaged in anyway, also if the goods fail to be acceptable quality upon delivery.
Ensure all returns are packaged correctly with damaged item/items. Legacy Collection reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is returned in good quality condition.
All returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase to Chermside, Brisbane, QLD, Australia,. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Shipping / Tracking / Delivery

How long until my order gets shipped?
Once payment is received and processed your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been manually shipped via Australia Post, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
How long until I receive my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped via Australia Post, please allow 7 – 10 business days based on travel routes and which state you are located in.

Gift Cards / Promotions / Payment Types

Do you have any gift cards?
Gift Cards are currently not available to receive discounts or make purchases.
Do you run any promotions?
There are currently no special promotions running.
How do I pay for orders and what payment methods are accepted?
Legacy Collection accepts MasterCard, Pay Pal, Afterpay. All orders are paid via our check out link in the Cart Store.
Do you Layby?
No Layby currently available.
Can I pay in Crypto Currency?
Legacy Collection does not accept Crypto Currency as payment.

Orders

Where are my orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our office in Chermside, Queensland.
Do you have a retail store?
No, Legacy Collection is a small owned and operated local Australian business.
When will I receive a refund for my order if its damaged?
Your refund will be processed based on if the clothing is returned in good resale condition and properly packaged. Once we determine all our policies have been met, your refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Having issues with my order and haven't received my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been manually shipped to Australia Post.
I didn’t receive all my items?
Due to limited stock available, we may have sold out on that particular item.
Why has my order been cancelled?
We will only cancel orders if we are currently out of stock.
I didn’t receive an invoice or receipt with my order?
If an error has occurred, we will promptly send you your invoice and receipt upon request.
Can I cancel my order?
Once it has already been paid for and shipped, you cannot cancel your pre-existing order.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and no changes can occur after your order has been shipped.
I received a faulty damaged item, what do I do?
Please notify us straightaway and we will work diligently to fix any problems.
I didn’t receive all of my items?
Based on limited stock, if you don’t receive all of your order, we may be currently out of stock for that particular item.

Security of Your Information

Are my details kept secure and confidential?
All customers information is kept strictly confidential and private. Legacy Collection may use customer’s email to offer upcoming releases and general information.
Are my payment details protected from fraud?
All supplied sensitive/credit information is kept strictly confidential and secure.

How do I care for my items

We recommend for the care of our products that you:
Do’s: Cold wash/Air dry
Don’t’s: Hot/Warm wash or place in a dryer
How do I wash the Legacy Tote Bag?
We recommend hand wash only, using cold soapy water and air dry. Please do not machine wash.

COVID – 19

Will Covid – 19 affect my order delivery?
We are currently operating as normal from our office in Chermside. Please allow more time due to heavy parcel demand currently experienced by Australia Post.
Will we close due to Covid – 19?
No, we are operating as per normal.
Can I still send any returns or damaged items back?
Yes, you can. All items will be handled in a professional manner and is thoroughly cleaned before resale. Legacy Collection items are hygienically cared for before they go on sale.
